Hiring for Graduate Freshers
Location: Kolkata / Patna / Bhubaneswar
Job role: Merchant Engagement & EMI Specialist
Job Type: Field Sales | Merchant Engagement | EMI
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)
Job Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail outlets daily, including Electronics, Mobile & Appliance stores.

- Drive and increase EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs payment terminals.

- Guide walk-in customers about EMI financing options, offers and low-cost EMI schemes.

- Explain EMI advantages and available offers to customers and help them complete transactions.

- Train and support store staff on the usage and benefits of Pine Labs payment machines.

- Build and maintain good relationships with retail merchants and store teams.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales/transaction targets.

- Maintain regular updates and reports on store visits and EMI transactions.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate

- Passing Year:



2023–2026

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates should not have an existing PF & ESI account.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and comfortable with field sales.

- Local language fluency is mandatory/preferred.

- Willingness to travel within assigned local retail markets.

Requirements
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Business Development, B2B Sales, or International Sales. Qualification: Graduate preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
