· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Strong Lead Generation & Business Development skills.

- Excellent Client Communication & Negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct software demos and presentations.

- Experience in handling B2B clients and closing deals.





- Good understanding of CRM tools and the sales process.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.

- Strong follow-up, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
knowledge of Zoho Products & Solutions – Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, etc. Experience in B2B IT/Software Sales Lead Generation through Cold Calling, Linked In, Email & other channels Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable Zoho solutions Strong Product Demo & Presentation skills Good Communication & Negotiation skills Ability to arrange and conduct client meetings Strong Follow-up & Lead Conversion skills Knowledge of CRM and Sales Pipeline Management Target-oriented with strong business development skills Prior experience in Zoho/ERP/CRM software sales will be an advantage.
