Senior Sales Executive - East (Guwahati)- Food Ø Purpose of Position Achieve the Sales Target of assigned Region and assigned industry (Seafood) The job incumbent is responsible to manage all sales enquiries. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy. Ø Major Responsibilities Achieve the Assigned sales target To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries To create and implement a Marketing and PR strategy To identify and co-ordinate market information To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients To monitor company sales KPIs and sales performance To credit check all potential current clients prior to completion of a quote To liaise with the sales team to capture all necessary information for quotes and to manage the dispatch of quotes to agreed timescales To chase outstanding quotes to agreed timescales Actively encourage the development of the Assistant Other tasks as required. Responsibilities for HSE Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.



To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others. Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.

Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects. Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) Achieving Sales Target No loss of Customers No loss of LTO Addition of new customers. Ø Qualification and Experience Science Post Graduate with minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Sales and marketing (Lab/FMCG) Skills & Qualities: Good communication and presentation skills.
