Hiring: Senior HR Executive – IT Talent Acquisition
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 3–7 Years
CTC: 4LPA with variable
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT/Technical recruitment
- Hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Networking & Infrastructure
- Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & direct sourcing
- Stakeholder coordination, screening, negotiation, offers & joining
- Manage niche requirements, targets & recruitment TAT
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of IT Talent Acquisition experience
- IT Services/System Integration hiring preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
- Target-driven with robust ownership
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
