Role & responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth data research through various online and offline sources to identify, collect, verify, and maintain accurate and relevant information.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other research databases for lead generation and data sourcing.
- Conduct keyword and market research using Google and AI-powered tools to gather insights and relevant business information.
- Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, duplicate checks, data validation, and other relevant formulas.
- Perform basic SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and cross-checking.
- Maintain and update databases while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Work with CRM platforms to manage, update, and maintain lead and customer information as per defined processes.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Sheets to support research, data analysis, and improve research efficiency.
- Identify patterns, gaps, and trends in data and present findings in a transparent and structured manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver research within defined timelines.
