Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Automation QA with strong experience in test automation and Salesforce testing. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript, Salesforce platform testing, Apex validation, API automation and modern QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (JS/TS).
- Test Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, customizations and integrations.
- Perform Apex testing for triggers, classes and batch jobs.
- Write SOQL/SOSL queries for data validation.
- Automate REST/SOAP API testing.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform mobile automation using Appium/WebdriverIO.
- Conduct performance testing using K6.
- Explore AI-assisted test generation,



defect analysis and automation optimization.
- Track defects using Jira/Azure DevOps and maintain test cases using Jira/Xray/Zephyr.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. Relevant technical experience may also be considered.

Key Requirement

Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Automation Testing with Playwright (JS/TS) is required, along with exposure to Salesforce platform validation and Apex testing.
