Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder & Head of Go-To-Market UTEM (Innavoto Technologies) at Innavoto. The role involves owning and refining the go-to-market strategy for AI and data-driven solutions, including market positioning, messaging, and value propositions for startup clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, identifying growth opportunities, and designing scalable sales and marketing funnels. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product, engineering,



and operations teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs. They will lead outreach to potential clients, build strategic partnerships, support key sales conversations, and develop repeatable processes and playbooks to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, customer insights, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for explicit messaging, stakeholder alignment, and client-facing presentations.
- Proven sales experience, including pipeline building, consultative selling, and closing deals in B2B or tech environments.
- Marketing skills in go-to-market planning, growth experimentation, and brand positioning for AI or SaaS products.
- Research skills to investigate market trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and emerging AI opportunities.
- Experience working with or within startups and familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven products is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely, manage multiple initiatives, and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
