Role Description The Vice President of Product Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This leader will define and drive the product vision and strategy for prescription, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical offerings in gynecology and women's wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the product portfolio, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with clinical, marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams, and guiding products from concept through launch and lifecycle management. The role also involves setting performance metrics, analyzing market and customer insights,



and ensuring that product decisions align with business objectives and patient needs. The Vice President will coach and develop the product management team, establish best practices, and contribute to long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to define and lead Product Strategy and Product Management initiatives across multiple healthcare product lines.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, clinical insights, and business performance metrics for evidence-based decisions.
- Proven Team Leadership experience, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and deliver complex product initiatives on time and within scope.
- Extensive experience in healthcare or life sciences, ideally in gynecology, women's wellness, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.
- Track record of successfully launching and managing products in regulated markets, with familiarity in compliance and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; able to influence at executive and operational levels.
- Advanced degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute.
