We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Order Processing Supervisor to manage inventory operations, order processing, warehouse coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse activities.

Role Overview

As an Inventory & Order Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising order processing activities, coordinating with the warehouse and operations teams, and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh

Work Location: Urban Plant Warehouse, Moradabad

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory and order processing activities at the warehouse.
- Supervise the complete order processing cycle from order receipt to dispatch.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, checking, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock levels.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce and operations teams regarding orders and inventory requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders received through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and work performance of warehouse team members.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of products in the warehouse.
- Identify damaged, missing,



or incorrect inventory and report the same to the concerned team.
- Prepare and maintain daily inventory and order processing reports.
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
- Handle multiple operational activities efficiently and ensure smooth warehouse functioning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, order processing, or a similar role.
- Experience in e-commerce or D2C warehouse operations will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to supervise and manage a warehouse team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Daily HRA/allowance will be provided as per company policy.
