We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual assets that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with strategic thinking to create impactful creative solutions across digital, print, social media, marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Development

- Develop high-quality visual concepts, designs, and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Lead the design and execution of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the company's visual identity.

Digital & Marketing Creative

- Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and landing pages.
- Create graphics that support lead generation, employer branding, product marketing, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign concepts and visual strategies.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms and user experiences.

Visual Storytelling & Content Creation

- Transform business concepts and marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, reports, brochures, and presentation materials.
- Create visual narratives that improve audience engagement and brand recall.
- Support executive and leadership communications through impactful design.

Creative Leadership





- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and creative team members.
- Review and enhance design quality across projects.
- Establish design standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, HR, and Leadership teams to understand creative requirements.
- Translate business objectives into effective visual communication strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and creative vendors when required.

Production & Quality Assurance

- Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications and production requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews to maintain visual excellence and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, creative services, or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, marketing, and creative design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in technology, SaaS, startup, consulting, media, advertising, or corporate environments.
- Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools.
