We're Hiring | Inside Sales Executive

I'm currently hiring for an Inside Sales Executive at LeadsZone, a CRM & AI-powered platform helping businesses manage leads, customers, sales activities, and business operations more efficiently.

Location: Wakad, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Experience: 1+ Year

Education: B.E./B.Tech preferred

CTC: 2 LPA – 8 LPA

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales channels

• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities

• Conduct product demos and present LeadsZone solutions effectively

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Manage regular follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM





• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales

• B.E./B.Tech candidates preferred

• Robust communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups

• Good understanding of sales processes and CRM

• Target-oriented and proactive approach

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively

• Prior experience in SaaS/CRM sales will be an advantage
