We are hiring a Business Unit Head / Managing Director – Digital, Data & AI (BFSI ) to lead and scale our enterprise technology services business in India.

Not product sales, (AI is mandatory, BFSI, Infra, Digital is what looking)

This is a senior executive leadership role with full P&L; accountability, responsible for driving multi-year growth across Digital Engineering, Data & AI, and Cloud Transformation with a focus on Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and India Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas

1. Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership

- Lead the regional Digital, Data & AI business with end-to-end revenue, margin, and P&L; accountability.
- Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy focused on Digital Engineering, Data & AI, and modern technology platforms.
- Establish transparent revenue, pipeline, and margin targets while driving predictable business outcomes across sales, presales, partnerships, and delivery.

2. New Logo Acquisition

- Drive aggressive net-new enterprise client acquisition targeting top-tier banks, insurers, fintechs, capital markets firms, and large GCCs.
- Build and lead an enterprise sales engine, developing targeted Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for priority accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Personally lead strategic pursuits, C-suite engagements, and complex deal negotiations with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Chief Digital Officers.

3. Existing Account Growth

- Drive account growth by identifying whitespace opportunities across digital engineering, application modernization, analytics, GenAI, and cloud platforms.
- Build multi-year account plans to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the service portfolio.
- Foster tight alignment across sales, presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Data & AI Business Growth

- Define and execute the GTM strategy for enterprise AI adoption, GenAI, ML, data platforms, and intelligent automation.
- Build strategic co-selling relationships with global technology partners, data platforms, AI ecosystem players, and ISVs to generate incremental revenue.

5. BFSI & GCC Market Leadership

- Leverage domain relationships to accelerate market penetration across banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintech.
- Expand market footprint within the India GCC ecosystem for global financial institutions scaling digital capabilities.
- Represent the organization in CXO forums, industry panels, and analyst interactions.

6. Sales Leadership & Talent Development

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales, account management, alliances, and presales team.
- Institute strong sales discipline, pipeline governance, and forecasting rigor to build a culture focused on sustainable growth.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 20+ years of technology leadership experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, Data & AI, or Enterprise Transformation.
- P&L; Leadership: Proven track record of managing a large-scale P&L; and scaling technology services businesses.
- Sales & GTM Track Record: Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, new logo acquisition, and strategic account expansion.
- Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge and C-suite relationships across BFSI and the India GCC ecosystem.
- Tech Acumen: Strong understanding of Data & AI, GenAI, AI/ML, modern data architecture, and digital engineering.
- Executive Presence: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and strategic stakeholder management capabilities.
