We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our India team and take on a hands-on role supporting day-to-day IT operations across India while collaborating with teams across the Philippines, LATAM, and other global locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and regional/global IT operations.

What you'll be doing:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff
- Deploy and maintain laptops, computers, and other IT equipment
- Support both Windows and macOS environments
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, retrieval, repairs, inventory, and secure disposal
- Maintain accurate hardware, software, license, and procurement records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Support equipment deliveries, collections,



and inventory audits
- Provide remote technical assistance to teams across different global locations
- Support IT security best practices and contribute to regional and global IT initiatives

What we're looking for:

- 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or a related role
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS
- Experience with IT asset and inventory management
- Exposure to procurement and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with remote connectivity and troubleshooting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable coordinating with teams across multiple countries and time zones
