Hiring: Executive – Global Procurement | Ahmedabad

? Location: Thaltej (Ahmedabad) - Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Execute procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and procurement procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and manage procurement documentation.
- Prepare purchase orders through the ERP system and monitor order execution.
- Maintain vendor and pricing databases and support procurement budgeting.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and on-site audits for Indian suppliers.
- Assist with product identification, supplier coordination, and procurement process improvements.
- Provide support to the Procurement Manager in training and mentoring the procurement team.

Key Requirements
- Any Graduate with 5-7 years experience in Procurement of Finished Formulations.




- Should have experience in Global Procurement / dealing with international suppliers is must
- Sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, certifications, and quality requirements.
- Solid negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft AX knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
