Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

- Develop B2B marketing strategies for automotive and industrial markets.
- Identify current customers, industries, applications, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Research OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2, and industrial customers.
- Support new customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Prepare company presentations, product profiles, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Promote Trident Polymer's rubber and polymer product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new markets, products, applications, and customer segments.
- Coordinate customer visits, exhibitions, vendor meets, and promotional activities.
- Maintain customer database, lead tracker, and marketing records.
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content related to products, capabilities, projects, and company activities.
- Plan and execute social media marketing and B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, online platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Develop marketing content including posts, articles, product descriptions, presentations, and creatives.
- Monitor digital campaign performance, engagement, leads, and website traffic.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and digital marketing partners when required.
- Maintain a monthly digital marketing content and campaign calendar.
- Track industry trends and digital marketing activities of competitors.

Sales & Customer Coordination





- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate RFQs, quotations, samples, and customer requirements with internal teams.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and customer follow-up.
- Maintain records of enquiries, leads, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Track leads, enquiries, conversions, campaigns, and customer opportunities.
- Monitor marketing and digital marketing KPIs.
- Analyse lead sources and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM/customer and marketing databases.

- 23 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in B2B, Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Rubber, Plastic, or Industrial products preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
