NEAT Fragrances is building a range of long-lasting, skin-nourishing, alcohol-free solid perfumes and roll-ons for modern India.

We are expanding our institutional business with corporate gifting and wedding gifting solutions and are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive who can independently identify prospects, start conversations, pitch our products and close bulk orders.

What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential corporate and wedding gifting clients
- Reach out to HR managers, procurement teams, business owners, executive admins, event planners and wedding planners
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and local market visits
- Initiate conversations and understand client gifting requirements, budgets and timelines
- Present personalised product options,



catalogues and sample boxes
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, discounts and payment terms
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into bulk orders
- Coordinate with internal teams for customised branding, packaging and dispatch
- Maintain daily lead pipelines, call records and sales updates
- Build relationships for repeat gifting opportunities around Diwali, New Year, weddings and other occasions

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold calling and repeated follow-ups
- Target-driven and hungry to close deals
- Comfortable approaching new businesses and decision-makers
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and build your own pipeline
- Basic understanding of pricing, margins and commercial negotiations
- Good discipline in maintaining sales records and follow-ups
- Existing connections with corporate procurement
