About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Scalability Partner to work closely with the business in building and scaling Behavegram.
This is not a conventional sales or business development role.
We are looking for someone with a solid entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build, create, experiment, network, influence and grow a business someone who sees themselves as a potential partner rather than simply an employee.

The person in this role will therefore be expected to focus first on creating value, building relationships, opening opportunities and driving growth. Financial rewards will be a consequence of that growth.

Key Responsibilities• Drive business growth and identify new opportunities for Behavegram.
• Leverage existing networks and relationships to create access to corporates, institutions, organizations and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior business leaders, HR/L&D; professionals and potential strategic partners.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, partnerships and channels.
• Develop creative and unconventional approaches to market penetration and business development.
• Work closely with the business on positioning, strategy and growth initiatives.
• Convert relationships and opportunities into meaningful, long-term business partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to make the business more scalable and develop repeatable growth
