As a Redaction Team - Processor - Associate you will support knowledge management activities that organize, capture, and share information across the firm while working through document review and redaction tasks with care and consistency. As an Associate you will learn by taking ownership of assigned work, adapting to changing priorities, and building confidence through collaboration with a variety of team members and internal stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to process-oriented work within our Internal Firm Services practice, helping maintain records,



manage information flows, and support the broader needs of the business services and support function.

Responsibilities

• Processing redaction requests and organizing confidential documents in line with established procedures
• Reviewing content for sensitive information and applying redaction standards with accuracy
• Managing document files, metadata, and records using electronic document management systems
• Supporting knowledge management tasks by organizing, updating, and retrieving information for team use
• Preparing summaries, status updates, and other documentation to support internal workflows
• Conducting research to locate source materials and validate information before release
• Tracking document intake, routing items to the appropriate queue, and monitoring task completion
• Collaborating across teams to clarify requirements, resolve processing issues, and mainta
