Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Ticketing Executive based in Bengaluru. The Air Ticketing Executive will handle flight reservations and ticket issuance across multiple airlines and booking platforms, ensuring accuracy in fares, schedules, and traveler information. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing itinerary options, processing changes and cancellations, and resolving ticketing-related issues promptly. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to secure bookings, optimize pricing, and maintain high service standards. The Air Ticketing Executive is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations while delivering clear and skilled communication to travelers.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Reservations skills, including experience with GDS or airline booking systems.




• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with travelers, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and time-sensitive requests professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to suggest suitable travel options, upsell services, and support revenue growth.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, fare calculation, and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings, and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in airline ticketing, travel agencies, or related travel operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with international and domestic travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
