We have developed a thermal energy storage system — essentially a “heat battery” — that can store energy from waste heat or renewable electricity and deliver reliable, on-demand industrial heat between 100°C and 550°C.
Our technology helps industrial companies reduce fuel costs and carbon emissions. We are backed by leading VCs in India and the US and supported by grants from organizations including the U.S. Department of Energy and NSF.

About the RoleWe are looking for 2 Inside Sales Representatives to help build and scale our outbound sales engine.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on sales role. You will identify target industrial companies, research decision-makers, create personalized outreach,



and generate qualified meetings for our sales team.
You will work across India, the US, GCC and Europe, engaging with decision-makers such as Plant Heads, Engineering Heads, Operations Leaders and Sustainability professionals.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys prospecting, experimenting with AI-powered sales tools, and building processes from scratch rather than simply following an existing sales playbook.

Key Responsibilities• Build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy for industrial customers.
• Identify and research target accounts across India, the US, GCC and Europe.
• Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools to identify and qualify prospects.
• Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls and LinkedIn.
• Develop personalized messaging and outreach sequences for different industries and buyer personas.
