We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Payer Enrollment professionals with experience in the US healthcare market to manage provider enrollment, payer applications, credentialing, revalidation, and payer follow-ups.

? Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
▪️ Manage end-to-end payer and provider enrollment processes
▪️ Complete and submit enrollment applications to commercial and government payers
▪️ Handle Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
▪️ Maintain and update provider information, NPI, taxonomy, licenses, and practice details
▪️ Manage and maintain accurate CAQH profiles and provider information
▪️ Follow up with insurance payers regarding pending enrollment applications
▪️ Handle payer revalidation, re-credentialing, and demographic updates
▪️ Identify and resolve enrollment discrepancies, application errors, and payer requests




▪️ Maintain accurate documentation and track enrollment status and effective dates
▪️ Coordinate with providers and internal teams to collect required documentation
▪️ Work with payer portals and respond to enrollment-related queries
▪️ Ensure timely completion of assigned enrollment and credentialing tasks
▪️ Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets

? Preferred Experience & Skills:
▪️ Experience in US healthcare payer enrollment, provider enrollment, credentialing, or RCM
▪️ Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
▪️ Knowledge of provider credentialing, revalidation, and re-credentialing processes
▪️ Strong follow-up and organizational skills
▪️ Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
▪️ Ability to manage multiple providers, payers, and deadlines effectively
