Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job OverviewCharter Stays is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Supervisor based in or around Manikonda, Hyderabad to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of our hotel rooms and service apartments. The ideal candidate will ensure top-quality room standards, smooth operational workflows, and excellent service delivery for our guests.

Key Responsibilities• Room Inspections: Conduct regular room audits and quality checks to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to hospitality standards.

• Property Management: Oversee property inventory, linen management, and routine maintenance requirements.
•

• Operations Handling: Manage daily ground operations, coordinate housekeeping teams,



and address guest queries or operational issues promptly.
•

• Vendor & Service Coordination: Liaise with technicians and third-party vendors for quick resolution of facility maintenance issues.

•

Requirements & Qualifications• Prior experience in property management, hotel operations, or hospitality supervision preferred.
•

• Must be based in or able to easily commute to Manikonda, Hyderabad.
•

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•

• Bike/Scooty is mandatory for local commuting between operational properties.
•

• Ability to work full-time with flexible operational shifts as required.
