HR Analytics Intern (Unpaid Internship)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Analytics Intern to support HR reporting, recruitment analytics, workforce data management, and dashboard preparation. The intern will work closely with the HR team to generate insights and improve data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Support data validation, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects related to talent acquisition, Policies and workforce planning.

Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics,



or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
