Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Sharpkraft Technologies’ digital transformation and software development services. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing presentations, supporting proposal development,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves coordinating with technical and consulting teams to understand service offerings, responding to client inquiries, and providing consistent follow-up to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The Specialist will collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
