Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Unix/Linux, and AWS Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues,



performing root cause analysis, supporting application releases, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support production applications in a 24x7 setting.
• Investigate and resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Debug Java/Spring Boot applications and analyze application logs.
• Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Execute Unix/Linux commands and develop shell scripts for automation.
• Monitor AWS resources using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
• Support deployments, release activities, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and support knowledge repositories.
