We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our sales and business growth initiatives.
The role involves lead generation, client communication, market research, sales support, CRM management, and coordination with internal teams.

The candidate will interact with prospects, understand business requirements, support sales activities, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

● Conduct introductory and discovery calls with prospects.
● Build and maintain qualified relationships with potential clients.
● Understand client requirements, business challenges, and objectives.
● Support lead qualification and opportunity management.
● Participate in sales discussions and follow-up activities.
● Assist in proposal discussions and project presentations.
● Contribute to revenue generation and business growth initiatives.

2. Lead Generation & Market Research

● Research potential clients, industries, and target markets.




● Build and maintain prospect databases and contact lists.
● Support LinkedIn outreach and other lead-generation activities.
● Conduct competitor and market research.
● Idntify and communicate potential business opportunities.

3. Client Communication

● Coordinate meetings and discussions with prospects and clients.
● Follow up with leads and clients as required.
● Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication.
● Support client relationship management activities.

4. CRM & Reporting

● Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
● Update sales activities, lead status, and pipeline information.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
● Track lead progress, follow-ups, and sales activities.
● Maintain proper documentation of business development activities.
