Role Description The Account Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for managing client accounts, strengthening relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and coordinating internal resources to deliver effective offshore solutions. The role involves identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts,



supporting lead generation efforts, and collaborating with marketing to align services with client goals. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, prepare reports, and proactively address issues to ensure high service quality and retention. This position requires consistent communication with clients and internal teams across time zones in a structured, qualified manner.
