Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development & Client Servicing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of events to meet and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain solid, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address any concerns or issues.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.

Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners, production, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of events.




• Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all services and deliverables..
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as necessary.

Proposal Development:
• Assist in the preparation of event proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized event solutions.

Budget Management:
• Assist in the preparation of event budgets and proposals.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide clients with regular updates on project financials.

Post-Event Evaluation:
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze event metrics and prepare reports for clients on the success of their events.

Qualifications:
