Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi for a CRM Executive in offline sales. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle. The CRM Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, support sales teams in follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Responsibilities include tracking offline sales performance, addressing customer concerns,



and contributing to customer retention strategies. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and support business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Experience skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Retention skills to drive offline sales and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools or customer databases and basic MS Office skills.
• Prior experience in offline or field sales, customer service, or CRM roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing
