ABOUT RARYRARY Footcare & Wellness is a growing wellness brand focused on delivering a premium, welcoming and thoughtful footcare and relaxation experience.
We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who can support the Branch Manager while managing customer hospitality, follow-ups, reviews, appointments, retention and basic branch-level content creation.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-friendly personality are encouraged to apply.

ROLE OVERVIEWThe Customer Relationship Executive will be one of the key customer-facing representatives of RARY.
The role combines:




Customer Hospitality + CRM + Front Desk Support + Follow-ups + Google Reviews + Customer Retention + Sales Support + Content Creation + Branch Coordination
The candidate should be warm, organised, proactive and comfortable handling customers both in person and through calls and WhatsApp.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Customer Experience & Hospitality• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding suitable services.
• Answer questions related to pricing, packages, memberships and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with current and repeat customers.
• Maintain RARY's hospitality and service standards.

2. Support the Branch Manager• Assist with daily branch operations.
• Support appointment and customer coordination.
• Coordinate between customers, wellness professionals and the Branch Manager.
• Help with front-desk activities and basic reporting.
• Support membership enquiries and custo
