Key job responsibilities

The Sr. Construction / Project Manager (CM)



for APJC Construction in the Data Center Capacity Delivery (DCCD) organization is responsible for the construction of data center builds. The CM typically works on all phases of a data center construction project, including site development, shell construction, and phase fit-outs. They are responsible for the safety, cost, quality, and delivery performance of their build. They often need to engage with stakeholders to manage changes and react in a timely manner to unexpected situations.

In this offered role, the Sr. CM works independently to deliver capacity within their cluster with limited guidance and is expected to deliver Data center full builds including multiple full shells, with multiple ROMPs and Sub stations.
