Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Experience working with PolicyCenter Version 10 and Guidewire Cloud.
• Guidewire Cloud Certified; ACE certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Gosu scripting and Guidewire development practices.
• Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter UI development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of the Guidewire PolicyCenter Data Model.
• Positive understanding of P&C; Insurance domain and policy lifecycle.
• Experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining PolicyCenter applications.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.




• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
• Develop and enhance PolicyCenter functionalities using Gosu.
• Work on UI, Data Model, configuration, and customization activities.
• Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations and application components as required.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other development teams.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
