Role Description The Lead Conversion Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving conversions across PPStack’s digital touchpoints and learner acquisition funnels. This role includes analyzing user behavior, managing data conversion processes, and optimizing landing pages,



campaigns, and enrollment journeys to increase sign-ups and program engagement. The Lead Conversion Specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and content teams to design experiments, implement A/B tests, and refine messaging based on performance insights. Day-to-day activities involve monitoring web analytics, preparing conversion reports, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending data-driven improvements to optimize lead qualification and nurturing. The role also includes setting conversion KPIs, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring that PPStack’s digital experiences align with learner needs and business growth objectives.
