Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Ernakulam. The psychologist will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including diagnostic interviews and psychological testing, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing counseling for individuals, couples, and families across a range of mental health concerns.



The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case reviews and clinical supervision. The psychologist may also support program development, contribute to mental health awareness initiatives, and engage in continuous career development activities.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessment tools.
• Demonstrated experience in Mental Health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychological conditions.
• Experience in Clinical Supervision, peer consultation, or mentoring other mental health professionals is an advantage.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
