• To ensure complete manpower related to caretakers and security on daily basis for his respective branches.
• Monthly branch visits/current branch sourcing.
• Rent Confirmation/Agreement renewals and lease management.
• To ensure hygiene standards at branches.
• To carry out repair and maintenance at branches.
• To ensure Asset Management and upkeep.
• To ensure vendor billings.
• Monitoring of ongoing infra projects.
• Incident reporting.
