Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will engage with prospective learners, explain educational programs, and guide them in selecting suitable courses aligned with their career goals.



Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify recent opportunities, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. The role also involves delivering clear presentations about Hike Education’s offerings, collaborating with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies, and meeting defined enrollment and revenue targets. The associate is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide consistent post-enrollment support, and uphold a professional, learner-centric approach in all interactions.
