Key Responsibilities• Contact and follow up with prospective parents/leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand the child's learning requirements and explain Outpace Academy's programs clearly and confidently.
• Schedule introductory/analysis sessions and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Follow up consistently with interested parents and convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission details in the CRM.
• Build positive relationships with parents throughout the sales process.




• Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
• Follow up on referrals and identify opportunities for additional admissions.
• Participate in periodic sales reviews, training sessions, and team meetings.

Candidate Requirements• Good communication skills in English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with parents over phone and WhatsApp.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive and qualified approach.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a work-from-home environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in education sales, counselling, inside sales, tele-sales, or customer relationship roles is preferr
