Company Description Tokn is building an independent verification and investment intelligence layer for tokenized real-world assets and infrastructure. The company focuses on making tokenized infrastructure across RWAs and DePINs easier to research, evaluate, and eventually invest in, by distinguishing verified facts from unproven claims. Tokn analyzes on-chain data, project disclosures, market data, and other sources to generate structured verification and investment insights. Its agent-native design enables AI agents to consume the same intelligence programmatically, allowing automated research and evaluation of tokenized assets. Role Description The Chief Blockchain Officer at Tokn is a full-time, part time leadership role. This role is responsible for defining and executing Tokn’s blockchain strategy, including designing and overseeing the architecture that supports the verification and intelligence layer for tokenized infrastructure.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development of blockchain protocols, collaborating with engineering teams on back-end systems, and ensuring secure, scalable integrations with multiple chains and data sources. The Chief Blockchain Officer will evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, set technical standards for security and reliability, and work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives. This role also includes mentoring technical staff, representing Tokn in industry discussions, and contributing to long-term roadmap and governance decisions.
