Role Description The HR Executive (Campus Hiring – AI/ML) will be responsible for managing end-to-end campus recruitment processes for AI/ML and related technology roles in a full-time, in office position based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with academic institutions, planning and executing campus hiring drives, screening and shortlisting candidates, and facilitating interviews and assessments.



The role will also involve maintaining candidate databases, preparing hiring reports and metrics, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. The HR Executive will support onboarding of selected candidates, ensure adherence to HR policies, and assist with HR operations and employee engagement activities related to early-career talent.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support campus hiring and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to support new hires, address queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and academic partners.
