Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads and can independently manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.
• Create and test different ad campaigns to improve sales and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.




• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce ad costs and improve conversions.

Requirements• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of ROAS, conversion tracking, pixels, audiences, and retargeting.
• Should be comfortable working with numbers and campaign analytics.
• E-commerce/performance marketing experience will be an advantage.
• Must be able to manage campaigns independently.

Compensation₹3,00,000 per annum in-hand
