About ProtectComply
ProtectComply is a compliance automation platform that helps Indian organisations comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023: consent management, data discovery, privacy notices, data principal rights and breach readiness.

About the Role
We're looking for a Presales Executive who understands data security and privacy and has worked with technical/SaaS platforms before. You'll be the bridge between our channel partners, prospects and product team: running demos, qualifying leads and helping close deals.

What You'll Do
• Onboard, enable and manage channel partners (DPDP consultants, system integrators, resellers, industry bodies)
• Train partners on ProtectComply and support them on joint pitches and demos
• Run product demos and walkthroughs for CXOs, DPOs, CISOs, IT and legal teams (online and in person)
• Qualify inbound and partner-sourced leads, run discovery calls and map client needs to DPDP requirements
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, security questionnaires and solution documents




• Manage accounts and the sales pipeline in the CRM; follow up to convert leads into paying customers
• Capture client feedback and share product inputs with the tech team
• Represent ProtectComply at webinars, events and partner meetings

What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years in presales, solution consulting or technical sales for SaaS / IT / cybersecurity products
• Good understanding of data security and privacy concepts (DLP, encryption, access control, consent, data classification)
• Working knowledge of the DPDP Act, GDPR or ISO 27001 is a strong plus
• Experience working with channel partners or resellers
• Confident presenter, comfortable running live software demos
• Strong written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus
• Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Willing to travel for partner and client meetings
