About Mailercloud

Mailercloud is an email marketing platform used by businesses to send campaigns, automate customer emails and reach the inbox reliably. We are a UK-based company with offices in London and Kozhikode, serving customers in India, the UK and other markets. We are currently hiring for our Cyberpark, Kozhikode office; this is a full-time, in office role.

The role

This is an outbound sales role. You will find the right companies, reach their decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings for our Director of Sales, who runs the demo and closes the deal.

You will not be doing field visits, and you will not be expected to close deals yourself. Your job is to start good conversations and fill the calendar.

What you will do

• Research and build lists of target companies and the right people inside them.





• Make outbound calls every day to introduce Mailercloud and understand how the prospect handles email marketing today.

• Write and send personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, and follow up consistently.

• Qualify interest: company size, current tool, sending volume, and who decides.

• Book meetings for the Director of Sales and hand over clear notes before each one.

• Keep every call, email and outcome up to date in HubSpot CRM.

• Share what you hear from prospects so we can improve our messaging.

What a normal week looks like

• Around 50 calls and 40 personalised emails a day.

• A target of 8–10 qualified meetings booked each week once you are trained.

• A weekly review of your numbers with the Director of Sales.
