Creative Graphic Designer – Events & Experiences

Experience: 1–2 years

Location: Bengaluru

Employment: Full-Time The role should be positioned as an event-focused creative designer who can take an event brief/theme and develop the complete visual language of the event — from concept and design to production-ready artwork and print files.

Do NOT position this as a generic social-media graphic designer role.

The candidate should be capable of understanding an event brief, developing a theme, creating visual concepts and converting those concepts into practical event production designs with correct dimensions and print-ready files.

1.

Event

Include knowledge of

- Event production dimensions

- Generate creative references
- Explore theme directions
- Create visual concepts
- Generate backgrounds and imagery
- Develop mood boards
- Speed up ideation

However, AI-generated concepts must be converted into practical, editable and production-ready designs.

The designer should understand the difference between an AI visual concept and a final production artwork.

6.

Software

Skills

Strong knowledge of

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- InDesign or equivalent design software
- Canva where appropriate
- AI creative/design tools
- Other relevant graphic design and visualization tools

Mention that software flexibility is valued, but design thinking and production understanding are more important than software alone.

- Print-Ready Artwork

This is a critical responsibility.

The designer should be capable of independently preparing final print files.

Include

- CMYK setup
- Correct resolution
- Bleed
- Crop marks
- Safe area
- Vector artwork

- Image resolution
- Correct dimensions
