The HR resource will be responsible responsible for executing day-to-day human resource operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation

2.Onboarding & Induction
3.Attendance & Leave Management
4.Payroll Support
5.Statutory & Legal Compliance
6.Employee Engagement & Welfare
7.Exit Management
8.Documentation & Record Keeping
9.Factory administrative work, etc.
Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA-HR
5-10 years of experience in HR operations
Experience in manufacturing / factory preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 40,000/- to 45,000/- per month Accommodation
