Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with the plant team for timely sample requisitions and production planning.
- Monitor sample dispatch activities, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials for R&D;, pilot-scale trials, and commercial production.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate domestic and export dispatches to ensure on-time order execution.
- Verify shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, COO, and other export documents) before sharing them with customers.
- Follow up with customers and internal finance teams to ensure timely payment collection and resolution of payment-related issues.
- Perform export and import data analysis to support business planning, market intelligence, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with the R&D; and Pilot Plant teams to monitor product development activities and commercialization timelines.
- Prepare periodic R&D; and Pilot Plant development status reports and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain Gantt charts to track the progress of new product development and commercialization projects.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and project milestones.
- Support Manager by preparing project progress reports, dashboards, and business updates.

Preferred candidate profile

- degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of chemistry and chemical products, preferably in the specialty chemicals or battery materials industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Valuable understanding of business development, sales processes, and marketing principles.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reports, track project progress, and support commercial activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits, project coordination, and business development activities.
