Email Marketing Intern — Klaviyo

About the Role

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Intern with some basic hands-on experience with Klaviyo who is eager to learn and build a career in email marketing.

You don’t need to be a Klaviyo expert. We’re looking for someone who has used Klaviyo before, understands the basics, and is excited to develop their skills through real projects.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the team and build a long-term career in Email Marketing.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Help set up and manage basic Klaviyo flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, and Post-Purchase.
- Create and manage basic customer segments.
- Assist with email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare email creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and understand key metrics such as open rate, click rate, conversions, and revenue.
- Assist with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Maintain the email marketing calendar.
- Research email marketing trends and best practices.




- Learn how email marketing can improve customer engagement, retention, and e-commerce revenue.

What We’re Looking For

- Some hands-on experience with Klaviyo through an internship, project, or previous role.
- Basic understanding of email campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity about campaign performance.

Nice to Have

- Basic Shopify experience.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo flows and segments.
- Experience with Canva or Figma.
- Basic understanding of email marketing metrics.
