- Support customer interactions by handling queries, providing information, and directing concerns to the appropriate team.
- Assist in maintaining customer, employee, operational, and administrative records.
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and MIS.




- Assist in monitoring center performance and tracking assigned targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee coordination activities when required.
- Assist with inventory, equipment, facilities, and other center requirements.
- Help identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Support customer engagement and retention activities to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with accuracy and professionalism.
