Evolved Human is looking for an experienced business professional who can help define how the Aagantuk AI Ecosystem enters, operates, competes and scales in the market.

We are building a Local Discovery Commerce ecosystem designed to give customers a better way to discover, compare, visit, interact with and buy from businesses within their own cities.

The objective is ambitious

Build a strong local-commerce alternative to traditional e-commerce discovery by connecting digital intelligence with real businesses, stores, vendors, professionals and city-level demand.

What you will own

You will work directly on the business strategy and operating model behind Prasario, Aagantuk AI, Storefront, Inventra and related commerce products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Build market-entry and city-launch strategies for Aagantuk AI Ecosystem products
- Design the operating model for Local Discovery Commerce
- Study how customers currently discover and purchase through e-commerce, marketplaces, Google, social platforms and physical markets
- Identify where local businesses can compete differently through proximity, availability, trust, experience and immediate discovery
- Define strategies for vendor acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
- Create business plans for Storefront, Digital Dukaan, inventory, local offers, customer intent and commerce workflows
- Design city-wise and category-wise expansion strategies




- Analyse customer behaviour, vendor behaviour, market gaps and competitive movements
- Translate market intelligence into product requirements and commercial opportunities
- Define KPIs for demand, discovery, vendor engagement, store visits, transactions and market penetration
- Build scalable SOPs and operating frameworks for ground teams
- Work across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Research, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations
- Continuously answer one critical question:

Who we are looking for

- MBA from a reputed management institution
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Retail-tech, Hyperlocal Commerce, Consumer Internet, D2C or similar businesses
- Robust understanding of market strategy, commerce operations and consumer behaviour
- Experience working with sellers, vendors, merchants or marketplace ecosystems
- Ability to convert research and market intelligence into actionable business strategy
- We need someone who can understand a market, build the operating strategy, validate it on the ground and turn it into an executable business system.
