Role Overview
nTests Salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual
nQA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability
nGood to have: Broadridge platform experience.
nThe role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.
n6- 10 years of experience in QA/testing,focused on Salesforce and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado
nLead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlogn
- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applicationsn
- Analyze and improve test stability and pass ratesn




- Identify automation and process improvement opportunitiesn
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA teamn
- Act as an extension of the client’s QA automation teamn

nMust-Have Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)n
- Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automationn
- Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards thisn
- Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the samen
- Ability to provide consulting-led process optimizationn
