nWe are looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager / Client Delivery Manager who will own end-to-end delivery and client success for a set of clients.
N

nAt Digital Mojo, clients are managed in small, dedicated teams (called pods).
NEach pod works like a mini-agency, responsible for strategy, execution, performance, and client satisfaction.
NYou will act as the single owner for your clients — coordinating social media, performance marketing, creatives, and execution — while ensuring quality, timelines, and results.
NThis is not a coordination-only role.
NThis is an ownership role.
NWhat is a “Pod”? (For clarity)
NA pod is a small, dedicated client team consisting of:

- Video/Creative support N

nYou will lead thisteam and be accountable for outcomes.
NKey Responsibilities1. Client Ownership & Communication

- Be the single point of contact for 6–7 clients N
- Lead weekly/monthly client calls N




- Understand client business goals and pressure points N
- Set expectations clearly and manage scope N
- Handle escalations calmly and proactively N

n2. Strategy & Planning

- Ownmonthly plans and priorities for each client N
- Align social media, performance marketing, and creatives into one plan N
- Use performance insights to guide content and campaigns N
- Ensure all execution supports business outcomes N

n3. Team & Delivery Management

- Manage a small delivery team assigned to your clients N
- Allocate work clearly and avoid overlaps N
- Ensure all deliverablesare on time and high quality N
- Maintain execution discipline and standards N

n4. Performance Oversight
